Terms of use

The short version: My GPA Planner is a free, unofficial helper. Use it to plan, then check your plan with your school counselor.

What this site is

My GPA Planner is a free course and GPA planner and a set of guides for Frisco ISD and Prosper ISD students and parents, built by a Frisco ISD student, for students. By using the site, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use it.

Unofficial

This site is not made by, connected to or approved by Frisco ISD, Prosper ISD, the College Board or the Texas Education Agency. Their names are used only to say what the information is about.

Check everything with your school

We check the information against official sources and show when it was last checked, but rules, courses and dates change, and mistakes can happen. GPA, class rank, credits and dates in the planner are estimates. Your school's records are what count. Before you choose courses or make decisions, check with your school counselor and the official sources linked in the guides.

Ideas, not advice

The starting plan, warnings and tips are ideas to talk over with your parents and counselor. They aren't academic, college, financial or legal advice, and we can't promise any result, such as a class rank or a college admission.

Your plan is yours

Your plan stays on your device, or in a file you save. We don't see it. You're responsible for keeping a copy: if your browser's data is cleared, or the file is lost, we can't get your plan back. See the Privacy page for details.

Using the site fairly

Please don't misuse the site: no spam or harmful messages through the feedback form, no trying to break or overload the site, and no copying the site to pretend it's yours or to charge people for it.

Free, always

The site is free. There are no ads, nothing to buy, and we never sell information. We may change, pause or stop the site at any time.

No guarantees

The site is provided "as is", without any promise that it's correct, complete or always available. As far as the law allows, My GPA Planner and the people who run it aren't responsible for any loss or harm from using the site or relying on it, including lost plans or decisions made with it.

Changes to these terms

If these terms change, the date at the top changes too. Using the site after a change means you accept the new terms.

Texas law

These terms follow the laws of the State of Texas.
